About The Opportunity:

Taking the driving seat in our stunning Eastland Store which is performing and growing; you will add significant value through;

  • Empower the team to delivery outstanding results
  • Proactively and attentively taking ownership of the store and it’s overall performance
  • Consistent monitoring the sales performance and creating solutions to achieve KPI’s
  • Acting as a role model and expert on customer engagement
  • Providing commercially supportive reports and recommendations
