About the Opportunity:

In partnership with the Store Manager and based in our Moorabbin Store, the ultimate purpose of this role is to support and effectively contribute to the stores financial success and overall performance of the store, whilst ensuring the customer experience is exceptional. How you will add value;

  • Provide critical support to the store manager to enable company standards to be achieved
  • Uphold Adairs standards and act as a role model to the stores’ team to ensure each customer is inspired and delighted
  • Ensure personal targets and KPI’s are delivered consistently
  • In conjunction with store manager, ensure team members remain compliant with company standards, training and development, fully informed on stores activity
  • Contribute to the successful workforce planning and rostering within base hours and budgets and standard
