About The Opportunity:

As the Assistant Store Manager at Adairs Midland Gate, you will see yourself working in partnership with the Store Manager, running a passionate high performing team delivering quality and personalised service to our customers. What we know from our research is customer satisfaction increases when our talent retail team provide further complimentary products and styling suggestions through deep consultation, and this is where you come in!

In this role, you will assist in coaching and guiding a team of dedicated team members in this boutique store driving outstanding results. Not only will you lead the store to success, this role will also allow you to apply your passion for interior design and help our customers create their dream home!

Key aspects of your role will involve:

  • Leading by example with expert customer service to delight our loyal customers
  • Inspiring the team through coaching, development and support to deliver outstanding results
  • Motivating and empowering the team by driving successful performance in your store
  • Monitoring the sales performance and creating solutions with big ideas to achieve KPI’s
  • Analysing reports and delivering recommendations to achieve success
